How We Work
Our Process
Consultation
We start with a conversation — your vision, your timeline, your budget. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest assessment of what's possible.
Design & Selection
We guide you through material selection, layout options, and finish details. Our experience means we can tell you what will look extraordinary — and what won't hold up.
Preparation
Proper substrate preparation is the foundation of a lasting installation. Every surface is assessed and prepped to the specific demands of the material and application — no shortcuts, no assumptions.
Installation
Methodical, precise, unhurried. We work to tolerances most contractors don't even measure. Every grout line is consistent. Every cut is clean.
Final Inspection
We walk every finished project with you before we consider it done. If anything isn't right, we make it right — no questions, no excuses.
